Hung Yiu Jung studied with Baak Moujiu from early childhood. Thereafter, in 1901, Bak Moujiu went south to Hong Kong. Hung Yiujung did not accompany him. The instruction continued with his Sihing (elder fellow apprentice) Hung Lienkuei. Together they superbly practiced Hung-Buddha martial arts skill. Hung Yiu Jung kept practicing in the countryside until he was 18. Then he came to Hong Kong to open a school. Being so young and small of stature, there was no lack of challengers. After always winning, he became known as 豹子頭 "Leopard Head". The number one son Hung Yiujung not only practiced gung-fu to the genius standard, moreover also has inherited the Hung Fat faction, as he was recommended to be the "Hua-Hua Tang" seventh generation grandmaster of Hung Fat. Hung Yiujung absorbed much actual combat experience and used it to create many parent forms for Hung Fut Pai, has enriched the content of Hung Fat Pai, and each classmate up until now still deeply feels his contribution. The members of Hung Fat Pai gradually increase day after day, and more schools open and take in more students. Hung Yiujung understood practicing martil arts must also synchronize with the times. Therefore in the early 70's he decided to establish the 洪佛派國術總會Hung Fat Pai Chinese Kung Fu Association, with a president, chairman and committee members which substitutes the old grandmaster type of control. This causes conferences to happen, and operate functions more effectively. So the Hung Fat Pai Chinese Kung Fu Association has been established for more than 40 years and Hung Fat his been taught to ten generations, resulting in Hung Fat Pai branches being spread all over the world and continue to develop.
